Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, it must be done within 24 hours of your original purchase. After 24 hours, I am not able to cancel/refund orders.

I reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice.


Exchanges:
If you are dissatisfied with your order and/or your items arrive damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged item(s) as well as your order number. If there was a mistake on my part, you will have the option of receiving either a replacement item or partial/full refund for the amount of the product.


Refunds:
Due to the nature of the items being sold, refunds will be not be given unless the error was on my part. If you are dissatisfied with the products you receive, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an explanation. I am confident we can work something out together!


International Orders:
Please allow 2-6 weeks for international delivery. Please also be advised that additional duties and taxes (such as those charged at customs) may apply. I have no way of predicting how much these fees might be, so please be aware of your local regulations before placing an international order.
