Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, it must be done within 24 hours of your original purchase. After 24 hours, we are not able to cancel/refund orders.


Exchanges:

If you are dissatisfied with your order and/or your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged item(s) as well as your order number. If there was a mistake on our part, you will have the option of receiving either a replacement item or partial/full refundĀ for the amount of the product.


Refunds:

Due to the nature of the items being sold, refunds will be not be given unless the error was on our part. If you are dissatisfied with the products you receive, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an explanation. I am confident we can work something out together!
